Preston has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering Technology (Construction Management) from the University of Houston. In addition to decades of hands-on remodeling experience, he also served for nine years as Vice President of Environmental Services for a large full-service retirement community with buildings on 49 acres, gaining extensive experience in facilities operations, safety considerations, aging-in-place needs for hundreds of residents, and the unique challenges many homeowners face as they seek to remain safe and comfortable in their homes.
